Aria, Sydney wins Best Food & Wine Matching List

An important part of being a sommelier is working with the chef to create food and wine matches that tantalise diners, transforming both the chosen wine and the dish in ways that make for a memorable dining experience. Matt Moran’s,  Aria, Sydney restaurant was the worthy recipient of Best Food & Wine Matching List at the 2020 Australia’s Wine List of the Year Awards;
